TWIST TO REMOVE - Twist the lid back and forth to remove air from the inside. The integrated pump means no more hunting down a separate piece. To open the canister, just press down on the button on the top of the lid and hear the air rush back into canister as the pressure equalizes

VACUUM LOCK INDICATOR - Watch the dot drop to reveal a green ring. The vacuum is now locked to prevent oxidation and extend the shelf life of your coffee. The vacuum lock indicator drops once 0.7 atmosphere of pressure has been achieved inside of the canister. If you continue to engage the lid to pull more air out, it can drop down to as low as 0.5 atmosphere

EASY RELEASE BUTTON - When the contents are calling your name, press the button on the lid to unlock and bring the air pressure back to normal. .4 L canister holds up to 6 oz of coffee beans, .7 L canister holds up to 10 oz of coffee beans, and 1.2 L canister holds up to 16 oz of coffee beans. We measured using light and medium roast coffees. Dark roast coffees are less dense and take up more volume than light and medium roast coffees

How to use Canister:

Step 1: Twist The Lid

canister has an integrated vacuum pump built right into the lid. That means no more hunting down a separate piece. The vacuum magic is all in the lid! To use the canister, twist the outer ring of the lid back and forth to remove air from the inside. With every twist of the lid, more air is being pulled out of Atmos. The amount of twists needed to achieve a vacuum will depend on the size of your canister, as well as how full or empty it is. If you have an empty Large canister, it will take more turns than a full Small Atmos. It all just depends on how much air is in your canister!

Step 2: Keep It Fresh

Once you've achieved a vacuum inside the canister, watch the vacuum lock indicator drop to reveal a green ring. The vacuum is now locked to prevent oxidation and extend the shelf life of your coffee and other pantry items. The vacuum lock indicator is designed to drop once an interior pressure of 0.7 atmosphere has been achieved. More air can still be vacuumed out of the canister after the indicator has dropped, but you will start to feel more resistance as you twist the lid.

Step 3: Press To Release

When the contents are calling your name, press the button located on the center of the top of the lid to unlock and bring the air pressure back to normal. You should hear a whooshing noise as the pressure equalizes. Once the pressure is back to normal, just pull the lid off of the top of the canister to access what's inside. Once you have your coffee beans or other pantry items, don't forget to put the lid back on and make sure to give it a couple of twists to keep everything fresh.
